It's Time to Focus on YOU!

Raising children can be challenging at the best of times, but when you are faced with the complexities of supporting your child through suspected or diagnosed ADHD, then the demands on you increase three-fold.

In my own experience, feelings of inadequacy, isolation, and complete exhaustion were regular features for me and I spent so much time trying to troubleshoot, that I forgot (or didn't know how) to look after myself.

This membership has its foundation in positive psychology and is for all parents who want to do the best for their children, but have come to the realisation that they may be struggling to do it alone. We offer non-judgemental support, regular drop-in clinics, and practical resources to equip you with knowledge, tools and self-care activities to help improve your emotional health, wellbeing and parenting efficacy, so you can show up as your best self for your family.

The Education of Happiness for You and Your Family

Positively Transforming Behaviours with Applied Positive Psychology

Mental health issues in young people has been rapidly on the rise over the last decade. The reasons are multifaceted, but what we do know is that there has been increased support for children in and outside school to help them learn tools such as mindfulness, kindness and better communication, yet still the numbers rise.

Children are becoming more aware of their emotions, which is great, but there is a missing link… ‘The Ecosystem’ around the child. Research suggests that parents of children with ADHD are three times more stressed than other parents, and in the UK Teacher Wellbeing Index 2023, 78% of teachers report being stressed.

Testimonials...

“I can’t thank you enough for giving me back my life!

I hadn’t fully realised the impact I was having on others, but my kids are doing great now in school and Dan and I have rekindled something that we haven’t seen in years, but enough about that!

Thank you, thank you, thank you.”

- ROSIE

Working with Zeena has given me a clear, well-explained and thorough, structured plan that is easy to follow.

You come away with an invaluable, go-to, personalised resource that can be applied to every area of your life with great success and positive, tangible results.

A life-saver! Thank you.

- CHRISTINE

”Thank you for all the work you are doing. The programme has been extremely useful, especially considering what was happening at school with some of the other pupils.

DS has spoken more openly with teachers about how he has been feeling and is gaining confidence in class due to your techniques. Amazing! "

Frequently Asked Questions

Membership

Can I join just for one or two months?

Unfortunately, we don’t have this option at the moment, as we strongly believe that parents encounter different challenges and experiences throughout the year, such as starting a new academic year, the excitement and overwhelm of Christmas, exam times, holidays chaos, and the non-family related stresses that come along unexpectedly. The programme is designed to support you all year round. **For a limited time only until 6th May, we are offering a reduced 3-month option!

When can I join the programme?

There is no fixed time to join the programme. However, I would encourage you to think about when you might have the time and head space to engage fully in the sessions and be ready to set some processes in action following our initial 1:1 coaching session. You can use my calendar link to book a call with me to discuss your unique situation and what timing might best suit you.

What happens after 12-months?

After 12-months you have a choice. Leave the programme or, if you feel you have more to learn and would value continued access to the accountability, guidance and community, you can continue at a reduced rolling monthly price, which you can cancel any time.

How many 1:1 coaching sessions do I get with you?

You will receive one coaching session once you join the programme, where we will work out the best strategy for you. You will also be able to gain points by engaging within the membership platform and completing activities, which will unlock an additional 1:1 coaching session with me. The points system is designed for most parents to gain access to this additional session within a couple of months.

Can I get more 1:1 time with you?

There is an option for you to do this, within the platform, but ideally, we would hope that the structure of the weekly drop-ins and lessons, alongside the personalised strategy you receive in our initial session, will be enough for you to tackle most challenges. The platform is designed to offer parents everything they need to support them throughout the year, but we understand that sometimes parents need occasional additional support, so we have provided the option to add on 1:1 time.

Do you work with children?

Focusing on their strengths and potential, this approach not only boosts mental wellbeing but also supports academic and social success. It enhances the important skills of optimism, emotional regulation, and empathy, laying a solid foundation for their future wellbeing and success in all aspects of life.

“Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end.”
